At Inquieto, we are committed to offering the highest quality sustainable mobility solutions. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require a return or refund. Below, we detail our returns and shipping policy to ensure a clear, fair, and reliable experience for all our customers.
Scope of Application
This policy applies to all products purchased through our website, stock.soyinquieto.com. In case of discrepancies, the conditions outlined in our Terms and Conditions of Use will prevail.
Physical Products
For electric vehicles, accessories, or other physical items shipped to the customer, returns will only be accepted if the product has manufacturing defects or if there was a shipping error. In these cases, the customer must notify us within 7 business days of receipt, attaching documentation to support the claim.
Shipping Costs and Limitations
Shipments are made only within Spanish territory, under the following conditions:
- Standard shipping: The shipping cost varies depending on the vehicle and delivery location. As a reference, standard prices may include:
- Motorbike: €170 + VAT
- Bicycles: €80 + VAT
- Light quadricycles and tricycles: €250 + VAT
- Vans: €500 + VAT
- Special shipping (due to volume or logistical requirements): May incur additional charges, which will be communicated to the customer before confirming the shipment.
If the shipment cannot be completed due to logistical reasons or lack of stock, the order will be canceled and the amount refunded within a maximum of 14 business days.
Return Process
To initiate a return, the customer must contact our customer service team at clientes@soyinquieto.com within 7 business days of receiving the item. A detailed description of the issue and, if possible, visual evidence must be included.
Products must be unused and in the same condition as delivered. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective products or order errors.
Refund Timing and Method
Once the return is received and the product condition is verified, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund will be completed within a maximum of 14 business days from the receipt of the product at our facilities.
Exceptions
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Items damaged due to misuse or during return transport
- Customized vehicles or accessories, unless they present manufacturing defects.
Modifications
Inquieto reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be published on this page and will apply only to purchases made after the publication date.
